Ancient Origins Premium was launched on 22nd February, 2016 as part of our 3rd Year Anniversary celebrations.
The Premium Membership site was not established in order to replace any of the free content available daily on Ancient-Origins.net, but to provide an additional service for those who wish to delve into ancient history in greater depth.
In addition, one of our goals in offering a subscription option to our readers was to enable us to reduce the amount of advertising present on our main site, in order to make it more user-friendly. As our membership base increases, we will be removing ads one-by-one from Ancient-Origins.net. for new features to offer our valued members.
